By accessing or using www.actioncentermobilerepair.com (the “Site”) or booking any service with Action Center Mobile Repair (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
2. Servces
We provide mobile small engine repair and maintenance services for residential and commercial customers. Service availability, pricing, and offerings may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

Any prices or quotes provided (online, by phone, text, or in person) are estimates only and may change after inspection of the equipment.

You agree to pay all charges for labor, parts, service fees, and applicable taxes at the time services are completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may require a diagnostic or trip fee, which is non‑refundable once service has been performed.

We accept the payment methods listed on the Site or communicated at the time of service.

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Access

Appointment dates and times are not guaranteed and may be rescheduled due to weather, traffic, parts availability, or other conditions beyond our control.

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the equipment and a safe work environment.

We may charge a cancellation, rescheduling, or no‑show fee if you cancel or are unavailable with insufficient notice, as specified in our policies.

5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about your equipment, including known issues and prior repairs.

Ensuring the work area is safe, reasonably clean, and free from hazards (including pets and children).

Removing any personal items or attachments not required for the repair.

Following our post‑service instructions, including recommended maintenance.

6. Parts, Warranties, and Limitations

We may use new, used, rebuilt, or aftermarket parts that meet or exceed applicable specifications, unless otherwise agreed.

Any limited warranty we provide on labor or parts will be described on your invoice or work order. Warranty coverage is void if the equipment is misused, modified, neglected, or serviced by a third party after our repair.

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are between you and the manufacturer. Our services may affect manufacturer warranties; you are responsible for confirming coverage.

7. No Guarantee of Performance
Small engines and related equipment are subject to age, wear, prior damage, and operating conditions. We do not guarantee that:

A repair will restore equipment to like‑new condition, or

The equipment will not fail again, especially if underlying issues or additional defects exist.
We are not responsible for pre‑existing conditions, hidden defects, or failures that occur after a proper repair is completed.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, our services, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
