At Action Center Mobile Repair, we strive to provide honest service, quality parts, and accurate descriptions of all products and equipment.

Used Equipment Sales

All used equipment, machinery, and whole goods are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no refunds, returns, warranties, or exchanges, expressed or implied. Customers are encouraged to inspect all used equipment prior to purchase.

Online Sales & Returns

Eligible online purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that:

• The item is unused

• The item is in its original packaging

• The item is in new, resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Electrical Parts & Electrical Units

Due to the nature of electrical components and the inability to verify proper installation, all sales of electrical parts, electronic components, and electrical units are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued on:

• Electrical parts

• Ignition modules

• Circuit boards

• Sensors

• Batteries

• Electric-powered units

• Any installed electrical component

Service Work

Diagnostic fees, labor charges, service calls, and completed repair work are non-refundable.
